Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

About the role

Digi Alp is looking for a seasoned Search Engine Optimization Team Lead to head its SEO department in Sialkot. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape the SEO strategy, drive execution, and collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to boost organic visibility for international and e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement SEO roadmaps, covering keyword research, on‑page optimization, link‑building campaigns, and technical audits.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure all digital assets are search‑friendly.
• Monitor web analytics and SEO tools, generate performance reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously test and refine tactics to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Mentor and develop SEO team members, establishing best practices and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SEO projects or teams, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced digital environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how SEO integrates with broader digital channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with international or e‑commerce brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep keyword research and comprehensive on‑page SEO optimization.
• Link‑building strategies and off‑page SEO execution.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEO platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Basic technical SEO knowledge (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing).
