Security Guard

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Security Guard to protect our company's premises, employees, visitors and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and contractors.
• Verify visitor identification and maintain accurate visitor/vehicle records.
• Conduct regular security rounds and watch for suspicious activity.
• Control access to restricted areas and enforce security procedures.
• Report incidents, safety concerns or unauthorized access to management immediately.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems where applicable.
• Maintain discipline and a professional security environment.
• Assist during emergencies, evacuations and other security‑related situations.
• Maintain daily security logs and prepare incident reports as required.
• Perform other security‑related duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Retired Army personnel preferred.
• Relevant military or security experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit, disciplined, alert and responsible.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Ability to handle security situations calmly and professionally.
• Previous experience as a security guard, military personnel or security supervisor is preferred.
