Security & Market Safety Senior Specialist

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey to a smoke‑free future as a Security & Market Safety Senior Specialist. You will coordinate safety programs nationwide and oversee security operations in the South region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate market and fleet safety programs at a national level, including risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage day‑to‑day security operations across offices, warehouses and other locations in the South region, overseeing guarding services, access control, CCTV, alarms and incident response.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting for safety and security activities.
• Develop and deliver safety, security and fleet training programs, awareness campaigns and emergency drills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, market safety, fleet safety, EHS, risk management or related operational roles.
• Experience working across multiple locations and with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or supply‑chain environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of risk assessments, incident management and safety compliance.
• Ability to prepare KPI reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with budgeting, procurement and financial reporting processes.
