Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Accountant with hands‑on ERP experience. The successful candidate will manage daily accounting operations, keep financial records accurate, and streamline workflows using an ERP system, preferably Odoo.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, bookkeeping records, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Configure and maintain the Accounting module within the ERP system and ensure smooth integration with Sales, Inventory, and HR modules.
• Design ERP workflows for invoicing, payments, finance, and reporting.
• Generate financial insights for management and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP software, preferably Odoo.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
