Senior Accountant (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Los Angeles‑based accounting and advisory firm seeking a Senior Accountant to join our remote team in Pakistan. You will own client deliverables, mentor junior accountants, and drive quality and efficiency across a diverse portfolio of engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports for multiple clients.
• Review work completed by associate accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Reconcile complex accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to meet client deadlines.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to enhance accounting workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA certification.
• Proven ability to guide junior team members and manage multiple client engagements.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward career growth.
