Senior Admissions Counselor

About the role

The Senior Admissions Counselor will work full‑time in a hybrid setting, guiding prospective students through every step of the study‑abroad journey. You will assess student profiles, recommend suitable universities and programmes, plan applications and support documentation, while maintaining close coordination with international partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student inquiries and conduct in‑person and online consultations.
• Provide recommendations on universities, programmes and application timelines.
• Support visa counseling and ensure accurate documentation in the student portal.
• Coordinate with partner institutions and internal teams to track application status.
• Contribute to outreach activities and help refine admissions processes and policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathy and responsiveness.
• Sales ability to convert inquiries into enrollments and meet targets.
• Experience in international education, study‑abroad counseling or university admissions, preferably in a senior role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Social Sciences or related field.
