About the role

The Senior AI Digital Marketing & Front‑End Growth Lead will head a newly created team that supports a long‑standing UK fintech and foreign‑exchange organisation. Based in Islamabad, the role combines AI‑driven marketing, SEO, content creation and front‑end website development to generate measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor three AI Digital Marketing Executives, defining strategy and KPIs.
• Design and own AI‑enhanced marketing workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot.
• Oversee SEO, website performance, lead‑generation campaigns and conversion optimisation.
• Develop and maintain front‑end assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, WordPress, Webflow) and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with UK stakeholders, report performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on AI and automation.
• Hands‑on technical ability in front‑end development and website management.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Track record of delivering lead‑generation and growth outcomes.

• AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, AI image generation platforms.
• SEO: keyword research, technical SEO, on‑page/off‑page optimisation, backlink strategy.
• Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, WordPress, Webflow.
• Analytics & CRM: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
