About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Video Production Manager to lead a small team in creating high‑quality video content using advanced AI tools. Key responsibilities

• Create and edit video content using AI video generation tools and industry‑standard software.
• Develop scripts and storyboards to structure video narratives.
• Apply motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, and audio editing to enhance video quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI video creation techniques.
• Lead and mentor a team of two video production members, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing specialists to optimize videos for various platforms and target audiences.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain a portfolio showcasing AI‑enhanced video projects.
