Senior Airport Services Agent

About the role

Emirates is seeking a passionate Senior Airport Services Agent to deliver high‑standard passenger service across check‑in, boarding, special services, baggage handling and the Emirates Lounge in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service at check‑in, transfer desks, special services and boarding gates, ensuring premium customer queues are managed.
• Support boarding activities, including priority handling, announcements, baggage checks, staff briefings and post‑flight reconciliation.
• Coordinate with ground handling agents, service providers and the operational team, handling excess baggage, visa queries, delays, disruptions and denied‑boarding situations.
• Oversee Emirates chauffeur‑drive services, baggage arrival processes and assist passengers with missing or damaged baggage.
• During operational disruptions, implement the Options Scheme to retain customer confidence.
• Perform credit‑card verification, travel‑document checks, complete pre‑ and post‑flight documentation and maintain statistical records.
• Provide administrative support to the Airport Services Manager and team, including roster preparation, attendance monitoring, invoice processing and equipment coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum O’ Level or equivalent with recognised professional training in Passenger Services, Ground Operations or Ticketing.
• At least three years of airline industry experience, preferably in an outstation environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and the local language, right to work in Pakistan.
• Strong organisational, proactive and customer‑focused attitude with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS).
• Familiarity with Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
