Senior Amazon E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Amazon E‑Commerce Specialist to manage and optimise our presence on the Amazon Marketplace. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, and supporting day‑to‑day operations to drive sales growth. This role requires close collaboration with inventory, sales, and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain Amazon product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images and pricing.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prepare basic reports on sales performance, inventory status and marketplace metrics.
• Assist customer service with inquiries, returns and feedback related to Amazon sales.
• Stay informed about Amazon policies, market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3‑4 years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts or similar e‑commerce roles.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and product listing processes.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
