Senior Architect

About the role

Greenscapers is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Architect to lead master planning, design, and visualization across a diverse portfolio that includes luxury resorts, farmhouses, parks, and residential communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead master planning and design development for resorts, farmhouses, parks, and residential projects.
• Create comprehensive layouts, site plans, and architectural solutions from concept through execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and design assessments for new developments.
• Produce high‑quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations.
• Prepare compelling design presentations for internal reviews and client approvals.
• Design integrated landscape concepts and interior design schemes that align with project themes.
• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools such as Midjourney, AI rendering platforms, generative design solutions, and workflow automation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, industry standards, and sustainability best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• PCATP registration preferred.
• Proven experience in master planning and architectural design for large‑scale projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, sustainable, and context‑responsive designs.
