Senior Architect

About the role

DBL – Design Build Live Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Architect to lead design initiatives across residential, commercial, villa, farmhouse and high‑rise projects. The role demands independent project ownership from concept through construction documentation, while ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full architectural design process, producing concepts, master plans, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Develop design narratives, mood boards, presentation boards and material palettes that align with client vision and project feasibility.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing planning, scheduling, resource allocation and design execution.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and construction teams, presenting designs, obtaining approvals and maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality residential and commercial developments.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
• Self‑driven, proactive and capable of delivering innovative, culturally rich and context‑sensitive design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for client handling and stakeholder coordination.
