Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects from concept through construction. The role ensures that designs respect local context, regulations, and sustainability goals while meeting client aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and prepare/review detailed drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors throughout all project phases.
• Guide multidisciplinary project teams, manage schedules, deliverables and quality control.
• Oversee consultant performance, design governance and integration of relevant technologies.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of office standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• 15‑20 years of experience in architectural design, master planning and large‑scale development, preferably in industrial, automotive or logistics environments.
• Proven experience in owner‑side or client‑representative roles with consultant oversight.
• Strong ability to lead and challenge consultants constructively.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills
