Senior ASP.NET Core Developer Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ASP.NET Core Developer to act as Technical Lead for our backend and front‑end teams. You will own the design and delivery of highly scalable, secure services while collaborating with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead backend development using ASP.NET Core, C# and design scalable micro‑service APIs.
• Develop front‑end features with Angular or React.
• Coordinate with clients, frontend developers, QA and other stakeholders.
• Review code, mentor junior developers and enforce best‑practice standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimise performance and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Participate in architecture planning, project estimation and technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience in .NET Core development.
• Strong command of micro‑service architecture and front‑end frameworks.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent English communication skills for client meetings and documentation.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve code quality and documentation.
