Senior Associate – Commercial & Digital Transformation

About the role

HashMove is looking for a proactive Senior Associate to drive commercial and digital transformation initiatives. You will support sales strategy execution, build client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, arrange client meetings, and deliver value‑driven presentations.
• Support formulation and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets and monitor market dynamics.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, understand client challenges, and develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, support senior sales managers in complex deal cycles, and prepare proposals and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives and ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Provide accurate updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in regular reports.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in enterprise sales, digital transformation, or ERP/technology solution sales.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and contribute to enterprise deal closures.
• Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
