Senior Associate – Incentive Processing (Retail Banking)

About the role

The IPU Analyst manages end‑to‑end incentive payouts for Retail Banking teams, collaborates with the Business Performance function, and drives automation of incentive calculations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain incentive calculation templates and ensure timely, accurate payouts.
• Monitor service level agreements, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Review, automate and improve existing business performance and incentive processes.
• Validate data, calculate performance metrics and payouts according to approved policies.
• Establish controls, set up processes and SLAs with business stakeholders for accurate MIS and payouts.
• Liaise with unit managers to resolve issues and continuously enhance the incentive payout workflow.
• Maintain the Business Performance and incentives database for detailed analysis.
• Document approvals and maintain audit records for data, policy and process issues.

Required profile

• Finance/MIS professional with 2‑3 years of experience in banking MIS, Business Intelligence or finance functions.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Knowledge of retail banking products is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with managers at various levels.
• Detail‑oriented organization skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
