Senior Associate Technical Client Support

About the role

The Senior Associate Technical Client Support role provides high‑quality technical assistance for S&P Global Market Intelligence's business intelligence tools. You will resolve complex client issues, deliver long‑term fixes, and act as a subject‑matter expert for the technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent, high‑quality technical application support across the product suite, handling expert‑level client issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for the team, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to onboarding and training of new hires.
• Participate in internal projects, suggest process improvements, and generate ideas for automation using LEAN principles.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical support role, preferably with MI or CIQ products.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities to collect, analyze, and summarize data for clear reporting.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows platforms, internal platforms, CRM systems, and logging tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience running network captures and analyzing product error logs.
