Senior Business Analyst

About the role

CureMD is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead end‑to‑end analysis, drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions in the healthcare domain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagements to define scope, perform market, system and gap analyses, and produce high‑quality requirement documentation.
• Design solutions, workflows and feature definitions, review prototypes, and oversee user stories, test cases and requirements traceability.
• Act as liaison between business and engineering, monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery and quality testing.
• Define rollout strategies, coordinate training, release planning and support readiness to drive product adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments.
