Senior Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity (Remote)

About the role

Bizauras is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who can bridge the gap between technical cybersecurity expertise and sales. You will act as the technical face of the company during discovery, generate high‑quality leads, and drive end‑to‑end sales cycles for our security services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage C‑level executives (CISO, CTO, CEO) via LinkedIn and other professional channels to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct pre‑sales technical consultations to identify client security gaps and map them to Bizauras services such as penetration testing, compliance, and managed security.
• Lead the full sales process from outreach to proposal presentation and contract signing.
• Utilize cold email, Reddit, and Quora to position Bizauras as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure smooth hand‑offs to onboarding teams.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts for additional compliance frameworks or software solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or IT preferred.
• 4‑5+ years of business development or account management experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• “Hunter” mentality – proactive lead generation rather than waiting for inbound leads.
• Analytical approach to craft personalized, high‑conversion pitches based on a prospect’s digital footprint.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level) and ability to negotiate with international stakeholders.
