Senior Business Development Manager - Edible Oil & Animal Feed

About the role

A recruiter on behalf of a client is hiring a Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development in the edible oil, oilseed processing and animal feed industry, based in Port Qasim, Karachi. The role suits someone with strong B2B commodity sales experience.

Required profile

• 7 to 10 years of relevant B2B sales and business development experience.
• Mandatory hands-on sales experience in all five products: Canola Meal, Soybean Meal, Soybean Husk, Canola Crude Oil and Soybean Crude Oil.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of these products, including quality specifications, applications, pricing and market trends.
• An established network of commodity brokers, commission agents, traders and bulk buyers.
• Strong relationships with feed mills, poultry companies, livestock businesses, edible oil refiners and industrial buyers.
• Proven ability to generate business, negotiate bulk transactions, acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
