Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

RepHero Global is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of its talent solutions across Financial Services, Legal, and Health Care sectors. This full‑time, remote position is based in Lahore and focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and aligning talent offerings with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outreach and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to match client requirements with available talent.
• Track sales pipelines, prepare proposals, reports, and analyze market trends.
• Contribute to strategic planning and revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Represent RepHero Global at industry events and ensure high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven business development, sales, and account‑management track record.
• Experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Financial Services, Legal, or Health Care sectors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
