Senior Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Development professional to drive new revenue streams and strengthen client relationships. The role combines strategic market research, sales funnel management, and hands‑on proposal delivery across multiple online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing client relationships while identifying new market opportunities.
• Manage client data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Lead online bidding initiatives and direct‑marketing campaigns on portals such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
• Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Prepare and present business proposals via video calls and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
• Track sales performance, generate invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing and product development.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a tech‑savvy mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle uncertainty.
• Experience in bidding portals, email marketing, and proposal writing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Performance marketing knowledge.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure data platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing, graphic design, and content writing is a plus.
