Senior Business Manager

About the role

Naheed is looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead its category management function. You will be at the heart of the business, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring profitable performance across our retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing category management team.
• Own and improve core metrics such as sales, margin, assortment and overall category growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions and supplier support that impact yearly results.
• Design and execute campaigns, pricing strategies and growth initiatives for assigned categories.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, operations, finance and e‑commerce teams to align objectives.
• Make data‑driven decisions using live dashboards and regular reporting.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in category management, commercial, key accounts, retail, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing people and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong commercial sense with a deep understanding of margins, pricing and category dynamics.
