Senior Civil Engineer – Project Management & Construction

About the role

RMH Enterprise seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the planning, design, and execution of residential and multistorey building projects. The role involves overseeing all civil engineering phases, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of houses and multistorey structures.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to handover, adhering to technical specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead a team of 18 staff, coordinating tasks and fostering collaboration.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, contracts, and technical drawings.
• Identify risks and apply mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, and project management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
