Senior Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Construction Supervisor will lead all on‑site construction activities for the Petrosin NHA Service Area on the M‑1 Motorway, ensuring work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and engineering standards.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Monitor workmanship, construction quality and project progress.
• Oversee civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, drainage and finishing works.
• Identify construction issues and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Maintain daily site records and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and good construction practices.
• Coordinate inspections and assist in project handover.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related discipline; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 15–20 years of diversified construction supervision experience on commercial, infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects.
• Extensive practical knowledge of civil construction and good understanding of mechanical, plumbing, drainage and other building services.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong site supervision and contractor management capabilities.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
