Senior Consultant/Manager – HR Operating Model & Service Delivery Transformation

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced HR Transformation professional to help clients redesign their HR operating models and service delivery. You will work on end‑to‑end redesigns that improve efficiency, employee experience and business alignment, leveraging both strategy and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design target HR operating models, including business partner, centers of excellence, shared services, payroll and talent functions.
• Create service delivery frameworks, service catalogs, tiering models, governance structures and role charters.
• Conduct current‑state assessments of HR processes, technology, organization and maturity.
• Facilitate workshops to define future‑state capabilities, operating principles and process ownership.
• Support transformation roadmaps, business cases, transition plans and implementation planning.
• Align operating model designs with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft 365, Viva, Copilot and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR transformation, operating model design and shared services or GBS.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to connect strategy, organization design, process design, technology enablement and change management.
• Experience with large‑scale transformation programs, preferably in public sector or multi‑country environments.
