Senior Content Writer (Healthcare, B2B, Technical Writing)

About the role

Medcare MSO, a large USA-based Healthcare IT company in Pakistan with more than 1,000 employees, is looking for a results-driven Senior Executive - Content Writer with a strong background in B2B, healthcare or technical writing. The role builds authoritative, expert-led content that outranks AI summaries, captures high-intent search traffic and drives lead generation, working closely with marketing and digital teams on blog posts, white papers, case studies and web copy focused on medical billing, RCM and healthcare compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit long-form blog posts, guides and landing page copy on medical billing, denial management, healthcare regulations (CMS updates, No Surprises Act) and RCM technology.
• Incorporate industry insights, proprietary data frameworks and expert signals into every piece to meet Google's 2026 search standards.
• Collaborate with SEO leads to target high-intent keywords, structure content in clean Markdown/HTML and optimise meta tags, titles and headers.
• Work with the content manager, designers and subject matter experts to turn operational insights into content.
• Audit and refresh legacy blog posts and institutional guides (e.g. UB-04 and claim workflows).
• Ensure all copy is accurate, professional, free of generic AI fluff and consistent with the company's brand voice.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, finance or medical billing/RCM.
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, mass communication or a life sciences/healthcare discipline.
• Ability to turn complex medical or financial topics into clear B2B content.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, search intent and content structuring.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs) and WordPress.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
