Senior Coupa Procurement Systems Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Expert to lead the administration, configuration, development and operation of the Coupa spend‑management platform. The role sits within the Finance & Procurement squad of Telenor Shared Services Pakistan and reports to the Head of Coupa DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration and operational management of the Coupa platform, ensuring stability, data quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage Coupa users, roles, permissions, groups and access in line with business and security policies.
• Perform master‑data administration, platform housekeeping, health checks and control activities.
• Analyse change requests, assess functional impact, and implement configuration changes.
• Provide incident, service‑request handling, testing, releases and continuous improvement.
• Identify and recommend process and configuration enhancements to improve usability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Coupa administration and cloud‑based spend‑management solutions.
• Solid understanding of Functional DevOps practices and Agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and other platform owners.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and platform stability.
