Senior Digital Marketer – Paid Media Lead Generation

About the role

We are a fast‑growing full‑service solar energy company seeking a senior‑level Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid‑media lead generation engine. You will design, launch, and continuously optimise high‑budget Google and Meta campaigns that drive high‑intent solar leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end Google Ads strategies (search, display, local service ads, Performance Max) focused on qualified solar leads.
• Lead Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram) including prospecting, retargeting funnels, and creative testing.
• Build, launch, and optimise campaigns from scratch, managing budgets to achieve target cost‑per‑lead.
• Write or brief compelling ad copy and creative direction for each stage of the buyer journey.
• Design and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels to maximise lead capture.
• Collaborate with sales to gather lead‑quality feedback and refine targeting.
• Define, track, and report on lead‑quality metrics, not just volume.
• Identify new channels, audiences, and tactics to diversify traffic sources.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience running high‑budget Google and Meta campaigns for solar or comparable high‑ticket consumer products.
• Demonstrated ability to generate high‑quality inbound leads at scale.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
• Excellent communication to translate performance insights into actionable strategy.
