Senior Dispatch Manager

About the role

Vintage/Mirana is seeking a Senior Dispatch Manager to lead the end‑to‑end order dispatch process, ensuring that every online purchase moves smoothly from the warehouse to the customer’s doorstep. You will coordinate packing, courier hand‑over, tracking, COD reconciliation and returns while reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily order dispatch so confirmed orders leave the warehouse the same or next day.
• Oversee picking, packing, labeling and minimise wrong or damaged shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, M&P, Trax, Call Courier) and select the optimal courier by city, cost and performance.
• Track shipments, follow up on delayed or lost parcels, and reduce failed deliveries and RTO on COD orders.
• Reconcile COD payments with couriers, flag missing amounts and handle returns, exchanges, restocking and inventory alignment.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch volume, delivery rate, RTO %, and courier performance; plan for sales peaks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce dispatch, fulfillment or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani courier companies and their portals.
• Hands‑on experience with COD order handling and payment reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Organised, calm under pressure and clear communicator.
