About the role

Riphah International University seeks a Senior English Lecturer with a strong focus on curriculum development, academic research, and scholarly writing. The position is remote and aims to deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate education while advancing the university’s research profile.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update English language and literature course content for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Deliver lectures and seminars using innovative teaching methods that integrate current research findings.
• Mentor and guide students in research methodology, academic writing, and critical analysis.
• Conduct independent and collaborative research, publish scholarly articles, and present at conferences.
• Evaluate student performance, prepare assessment materials, and contribute to departmental meetings and academic committees.

Required profile

• Master's or MPhil degree in English or a related field from an HEC‑recognized university.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience at the university level.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and academic research.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to academic excellence.
