Senior Executive QA – QMS (Pharmaceuticals)

About the role

The Senior Executive QA – QMS ensures that all pharmaceutical products meet established quality systems and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. You will audit batch records, manage product release in SAP, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee timely market dispatch while maintaining GMP compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Independently audit Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packaging Records, analytical reports, and related documentation.
• Execute batch disposition and product release for market dispatch, including SAP entries.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Supply Chain, and Export Distribution to ensure timely product release.
• Review, manage, and close risk assessments and change alerts.
• Compile monthly Right First Time (RFT) data and communicate corrective actions.
• Report change controls and deviations per SOPs and conduct root‑cause investigations.
• Prepare and update Product Packaging Information Records for the Pakistan market.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharm‑D, or related field.
• 2–3 years of QA/QMS experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, QMS, ICH guidelines, change control, deviations, and risk management.
• Ability to handle multiple quality activities while meeting batch release timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured, compliance‑focused approach.
