Senior Executive – Stock Retail Project Lead

About the role

The Senior Executive – Stock Retail Project Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, monitoring and execution of Kitchen, Doors and Wardrobe (KDW) and other retail projects. The role ensures that production, order fulfillment and dispatch are aligned with sales expectations, delivery timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor open production orders from booking to readiness, coordinating dispatch requirements with the sales team.
• Track IPNs and customer orders, develop production plans based on stock needs, open IPNs and work‑in‑progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive production schedules, including material loading capacity and staggered dispatch timelines.
• Resolve design or material issues in collaboration with Design, MRP and Sales teams.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to committed timelines and address bottlenecks.
• Communicate exceptions proactively to Sales and Stock teams and drive order closure.
• Develop monthly dispatch plans covering stock, non‑stock, imported and local items, and monitor plan execution.
• Oversee dispatch activities to guarantee timely, quality‑compliant delivery to clients.
• Generate regular project progress and exception reports, recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production planning, order fulfillment or logistics within a retail or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor reports, identify exceptions and propose improvements.
• Excellent coordination skills to work across Design, MRP, Sales and production teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on meeting delivery timelines and quality standards.

Required skills

• Familiarity with production planning modules and tracking tools.
• Understanding of IPN (Item Part Number) management and stock requirement analysis.
