Senior Field Training Manager

About the role

The Senior Field Training Manager will lead the design and delivery of structured training programs for CCL Pharmaceuticals' field sales teams. This role strengthens the capability of Medical Information Officers and District Sales Managers through classroom sessions, on‑field coaching, onboarding, and refresher programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute training curricula for field sales staff, combining classroom instruction with on‑ground coaching.
• Deliver onboarding and orientation for new hires and run district‑level refresher sessions.
• Provide hands‑on coaching to improve field effectiveness and support capacity‑building initiatives such as FDPs and product‑focused trainings.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Managers, Sales Managers, and Brand Managers for Marketing Growth Meetings, new product launches, and customer development activities.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and learning resources while ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence to drive learning impact and performance outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy from an HEC‑recognized institute.
• 5–6 years of experience in sales training or district sales management within a pharmaceutical company.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, field force dynamics, and customer engagement.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• High integrity, ownership, and a proactive work approach.
