Senior Finance Data Analyst – Advanced Analytics & AI

About the role

As a Senior Finance Data Analyst you will shape the financial strategy across 16 markets by delivering actionable insights, building advanced analytics solutions, and driving AI‑powered automation. You will partner with senior Finance and FinTech leaders, mentor junior analysts, and help define the future of finance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain internal and external financial reporting and measurement solutions.
• Develop complex SQL models and transform large datasets using BigQuery and dbt.
• Collaborate with senior finance partners to align analytics with strategic objectives.
• Create user‑friendly dashboards and agentic tools in Looker, Tableau, and custom root‑cause analysis agents.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Identify, design, and implement AI‑driven analytics, including LLM‑assisted insight generation and automated anomaly detection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience with a strong focus on SQL, Python, data modeling, and data visualization.
• 3+ years of experience in finance‑focused analytics or FinTech environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive data‑driven decision making.
