Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes and maintain audit trails.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and develop financial models for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, file returns and liaise with tax consultants.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and liquidity requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, set KPIs and build a high‑performance function.

Required profile

• CA qualified with 5 years post‑qualification experience or FCCA/CMA with 8 years in a reputable organization.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• IFRS financial reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Tax compliance (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax).
• Treasury management and cash flow optimisation.
