About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager with strong manufacturing‑sector experience to independently manage key finance responsibilities and provide strategic financial support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and variance analysis.
Oversee management reporting, financial controls and performance analysis.
Manage costing, profitability analysis, working capital and cash flow.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Identify financial risks, cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.

Required profile

CA qualified (all examinations cleared).
8–10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven ability to independently manage key finance responsibilities.
Strong professional judgment, ownership and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
