Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The role focuses on cash‑flow planning, budgeting, financial modeling and strategic reporting to drive data‑based decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly cash‑flow reports using POS, e‑commerce and ERP systems.
• Develop monthly cash‑flow forecasts and analyse variances against actual performance.
• Conduct store‑level revenue analysis and monitor operational performance metrics.
• Build, maintain and enhance long‑term financial models, including 3‑year forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Analyse same‑store sales trends, profitability and revenue performance.
• Monitor key financial KPIs such as gross‑margin %, sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate new store performance against projected business plans.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, board presentations and management summaries.
• Support financial due‑diligence activities for acquisitions and expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent finance/accounting qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial statement analysis.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS.
