Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join our global finance team. The role will focus on planning, forecasting, reporting and commercial performance analysis for our SaaS‑based business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support monthly management reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assist with annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning.
• Analyse revenue performance and key SaaS metrics such as ARR, bookings, renewals, churn and expansion.
• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, headcount, OPEX and various business scenarios.
• Investigate data inconsistencies and reconcile financial and commercial information across systems.
• Support KPI standardisation, reporting governance and development of a single source of truth.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis experience.
• 2–3 years in a SaaS, software or subscription‑based business is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ARR, bookings, renewals, churn, expansion and subscription economics.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and large data sets.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite or similar platforms.
• Power BI or comparable data‑visualisation tools.
