Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

NextGENi is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI‑powered solutions for regional startups. You will work across the entire technology stack, delivering both frontend experiences and backend services while integrating large language models and other AI capabilities into production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver scalable full‑stack solutions using modern web technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, high‑performance APIs and backend systems.
• Integrate AI/ML services, LLMs, and intelligent workflows into production environments.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and delivering full‑stack applications.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.

Required skills

• JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Python.
• Modern web frameworks and libraries.
• TanStack Query, TanStack Router, TanStack Table.
• API design and development.
• Integration of LLMs or AI/ML services, including prompt engineering and cost/latency optimization.
• Building scalable backend systems.
