Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5‑7 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and scalable microservices in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web‑based applications and scalable microservices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code and leverage AI tools while owning the generated output.
• Lead testing efforts including unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features from design through production support.
• Participate in incident response, drive resolutions, and proactively flag risks, bugs, or technical debt.

Required profile

• Strong command of at least a few of Go, Laravel, Java, React, TypeScript, or Node.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and scaling.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Proactive communication and accountability for bugs and incidents.
