Senior Functional Analyst

About the role

LN Technologies is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join its sales and business development team. The role focuses on leading the end‑to‑end RFP process, gathering and translating business requirements, and supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full RFP lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring timely, high‑quality proposal submissions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs, document requirements, and create functional specifications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze complex data sets, present insights, and support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and executives to align solutions with business objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specs.
• Assist in defining test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on managing RFPs, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications such as CBAP or PMP are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
• Experience using data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of RFP software tools and platforms.
