About the role

We are building a geospatial reasoning agent for crisis response, enabling AI systems to interpret, assess, and forecast real‑world events with uncertain or incomplete data. As a Senior Geospatial Reasoning Specialist, you will guide model development, evaluate outputs, and create metrics that improve predictive accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate AI‑generated geospatial scenarios and outputs.
• Design and refine reasoning frameworks, test cases, and evaluation metrics.
• Identify analytical weaknesses in model predictions and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance data‑driven evaluation processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in geospatial analysis, GIS, or spatial modeling.
• Background in crisis management, logistics, environmental planning, or related domains.
• Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex spatial relationships clearly.
