About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Roaming Coordinator to lead the operational execution of roaming roll‑out plans. The role involves coordinating with roaming partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful testing and launch of roaming services across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners.
- Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs).
- Drive testing, implementation, and launch of roaming services.
- Monitor progress against rollout plans, highlighting risks or delays.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in relevant systems.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations.
- Masters or bachelor’s degree with basic technical understanding of mobile or mobile roaming.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of IREG and/or TADIG standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
