Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Nysonian is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to raise the creative standards across its global lifestyle brands. This hands‑on role combines visual craftsmanship with leadership, overseeing concepts from idea to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts for campaigns, brand initiatives and product visuals.
• Create high‑performing social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook and other paid channels, adapting formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16).
• Own UI/UX design in Figma, building responsive landing pages, web sections and product experiences using auto‑layout, components and design tokens.
• Produce premium product imagery through advanced retouching, realistic color grading and accurate material rendering.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital, print and product touch points.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and content teams to align design with business goals and performance metrics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, tools and techniques and share fresh ideas with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, including senior or lead responsibilities.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, social ad work, UI/UX and brand projects.

Required skills

• Full command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) including advanced retouching.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
• Experience creating adaptable social media ad formats.
• Knowledge of design systems, components and design tokens.
