Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Clasp Media, a digital media agency, is looking for a senior graphic designer to join its Lahore office. The role involves creating and refining visual concepts for both digital and print assets, supporting brand identities, marketing campaigns, websites and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to interpret briefs and develop design directions.
• Produce high‑quality designs for brand identities, advertising, websites, and social media.
• Lead projects from concept through to final production, delivering print‑ready and web‑ready files.
• Maintain visual consistency across all client touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic or visual design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced digital environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern visual work, branding, logo design and typography.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret briefs, translate strategy into visuals and present concepts clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Advanced typography and branding skills.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and responsive design.
