Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join adlance’s creative team in Lahore. You will work on a variety of digital and print projects for a diverse client base, delivering high‑quality visual assets on tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, ad banners and campaign assets for multiple client accounts.
• Transform briefs into finished artwork while strictly adhering to each client’s brand guidelines.
• Adapt and resize designs for different formats, platforms and placements.
• Create brochures, sponsor packs, event materials, presentations and other print collateral.
• Produce landing‑page and email visuals in collaboration with the web and marketing teams.
• Develop logos and brand identities for new clients.
• Maintain a fast‑paced workflow during peak campaign periods.
• Integrate AI‑based design tools into daily production.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across styles, formats and sectors.
• Excellent command of English for understanding briefs and written communication.
• Ability to manage several accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
