Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Troxis, a fast‑growing software development company, is looking for a senior graphic designer to create visual storytelling across digital channels. The role blends static design, motion graphics and video production to strengthen the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality static graphics for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, ads and marketing collateral.
• Produce branding assets such as logos, banners, brochures, flyers, company profiles, pitch decks and infographics.
• Conceptualise and execute motion graphics, animated explainer videos, product showcases, UI animations and kinetic typography for digital campaigns.
• Edit promotional, corporate and recruitment videos, adding transitions, colour correction, sound design, subtitles and visual effects.
• Create short‑form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and social media teams, as well as photographers, videographers and PR colleagues, to deliver cohesive visual assets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, AI‑driven creative tools and emerging animation techniques.
• Design visual assets for paid advertising on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proven experience designing static and animated assets for digital marketing and employer branding.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills.
