Senior Graphic Designer – Remote (Islamabad)

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across multiple digital channels. The role is fully remote and supports our performance‑driven digital agency that works with purpose‑driven nonprofits and the social sector. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure designs communicate ideas clearly, strengthen brand identity, and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce branding and visual identity projects for diverse clients.
• Design social media campaigns, marketing collateral, web graphics, and email creatives.
• Develop multi‑platform campaign assets that align with corporate, nonprofit, modern, minimalist, and Islamic‑inspired brand styles.
• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide rationale for design decisions and suggest creative improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating senior‑level agency standards in branding, typography, layout, and campaign design.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AI (Adobe Illustrator) and other industry‑standard design tools.
• Expertise in typography, hierarchy, spacing, composition, color theory, and branding systems.
• Experience handling multiple brand styles, including corporate, nonprofit, modern, minimalist, and Islamic‑inspired aesthetics.
• Strong visual problem‑solving and the ability to articulate design rationale.
