Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

Kontact Group is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high‑impact visual content for founders, authors, executives, and global brands. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape brand experiences across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns while mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of assets for social media, branding, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into engaging visuals.
• Produce premium graphics, carousels, presentations, digital ads, and marketing collateral.
• Create visuals for reels, YouTube thumbnails, and other short‑form content.
• Maintain visual identity guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, publishing, and leadership teams on creative strategy.
• Review work, provide feedback, and mentor junior designers.
• Stay current with design trends and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and creative projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is a plus.
